Summer Indigo Dye Workshops 2025-2026

Beginners indigo dye workshops will run from November 2025 to March 2026.

What’s covered in the workshop?

• what is indigo and its history
• How to setup, and look after, a 123 organic indigo dye vat
• Basic shibori techniques
• You get to dye using a provided kit of natural materials

Dates:

November Sunday 23rd @ Whenuapai Village Hall, Auckland

December Sunday 7th @ Whenuapai Village Hall, Auckland

January (Auckland Anniversary weekend) Saturday 24th + Sunday 25th + Monday 26th @ Whenuapai Village Hall, Auckland

February + March TBA

Classes run from 10am to 3pm.

max 8people per class.

$180 per person
